A training session designed to prevent trade secret infringement through management was held in the headquarters on May 22. A total of 52 employees including those from the research center, the recruitment department and executives and staff members of each PG (PU) participated in the program organized by the Legal Department at the Support Division. Lawyer Hwang Gyu-cheol of the Korea Institute of Patent Information as an instructor provided case-based training on the definition of trade secrets, types of trade secret infringement, relief measures, practical trade secret protection and management methods with regard to the Unfair Competition Prevention and Trade Secret Protection Act.
