Power & Industrial Systems PG Holds 3rd Hyosung Thesis Competition

Power & Industrial Systems PG will hold the “3^rd Hyosung Global Thesis Competition” to improve technology through promoting activation of our technology-related research and select talented human resources that can compete on the global stage. It is intended to create opportunities to promote mutual growth of students and the PG through the paper competition in the fields of related R&D, marketing, and new business.

This competition will be held centering on R&D, marketing, and new business areas with themes including methods to improve main product technology and strengthen quality of each PU of Power & Industrial Systems PG, enhancing global brand values, improving public awareness, and expanding new markets, cost reduction measures, and new business proposals. Unlike previous competitions, this content will allow graduate students from the United States, not just from China and Korea, to participate. Winners will be awarded various benefits including prize money. Up to 10,000 dollars will be given to the winners by selecting one grand prize, three excellence prizes, and five honorable mention. If winning team participants have made employment application to Hyosung PG, they will be exempted from having to submit a screening career paper. Also, those winning the grand prize and excellence prizes will be offered privileges to be selected as scholarship students on the condition that they will enter the company later. We ask employees to pay a lot of attention to and have interest in the content.
