The Class Hyosung Obtained the First ‘CCM Recertification’ in the Automotive Industry

    The Class Hyosung,
    the official dealer of Mercedes-Benz, obtained the first CCM (Consumer Centered Management) certification as well as CCM recertification in December 2012 in the automotive industry. The CCM recertification was obtained by passing over 100 difficult standards in 2008 and receiving the first CCM certification in the automotive industry in January 2009, after which they received favorable evaluations in CCM operation, improvement performance, innovative customer service development, and implementation status.

    CCM indicates that all activities of a company are customer centered and are continuously improving, which is evaluated by the Korea Consumer Agency and certified by the Fair Trade Commission on whether the company is operating these activities well. The program was confirmed and officially announced in September 2005, and certification is given every 2 years. Only companies that can promptly deal with consumer complaints or damage while protecting their rights can receive CCM certification. The name was changed in 2011 from CCMS (Consumer Complaints Management System).

    The Class Hyosung has been promoting CCM since 2007 at the corporate level to provide the best services for customer satisfaction. It has reinforced education for all employees thoroughly, and established a customer management system in which customer opinions are collected through various routes and promptly handled to prevent customer complaints in advance, focusing on the differentiated service development of The Class Hyosung.


    Since foundation in January 2004, The Class Hyosung, the official dealer of Mercedes-Benz, is offering Total Package Service for customer satisfaction that consists of new car consultation, purchase and financial services. It is taking the initiative in developing differentiated services such as ‘Star Mobile Service’ that checks cars by visiting customers after delivery, year-round operation of service centers and showroom in Gangnamdaero, and Korea’s only service center to open at 8 o’clock. The Class Hyosung is operating 5 showrooms in Gangnamdaero, Songpa, Bundang, Anyang and Cheongju, and 6 service centers in Gangnamdaero, Seocho, Dogok, and Jeongja-dong in Bundang.
