Nautilus Hyosung China Division Workers’ Association Won Award in 2012 Beijing Foreign-Funded Enterprises General Assembly

In the 2012 general assembly of 67 major foreign-funded enterprises affiliated with Beijing held from December 6 to 9, Nautilus Hyosung China Division (BHC) Workers’ Association was selected as one of the top 5 excellent companies. The Workers’ Association is a group of workers that is similar to a labor union in Korea. BHC Workers’ Association is made up of relatively few people compared to other Beijing foreign-funded enterprises and has a short foundation period, but it was recognized for contributing to the stable growth of the company by acting as a bridge between labor and management, giving priority to the company’s benefits. BHC Workers’ Association received KRW 17 million, which will later be used for the welfare of employees.
