On March 19, the first issue of Changwon Plant’s newsletter was published. The title , selected through open participation, contains messages that ‘all employees of labor and management communicate with each other,’ and the owners of the newsletter are all of the employees of the Hyosung Changwon Plant. During the period of the open competition for the title selection between February 28 and March 8, a total of 140 entries were made. Among them, the entry ‘Together’ suggested by Han Yeong-rok, an employee of the Labor-Management Cooperation Team, was selected as the final choice. It coincides with the purposes of the publication of the newsletter stressing ‘promoting communication, creating consensus on the corporate vision and management status and creating a positive work environment through transparent management via information sharing,’ and reflects a creative idea.
