Tire & Industrial Reinforcements PU

A group of seven guests including the director of the Qingdao Commercial Bureau Ma Wei Gang and the director of the Municipal Overseas Investment Promotion Bureau Zhang Li visited the Mapo HQ on March 19. Hyosung established a steel cord plant in Qingdao in 2003, which serves as a major foothold of the steel cord business division in China. During the visit, Tire & Industrial Reinforcements PU President Kwon Ki-su, executive in charge of steel cord sales and steel cord technology planning Cho Yong-su and executive in charge of saw wire sales Kim Jae-gyun joined the guests to talk about improvements in the friendship relationship and continuous relationship development between Hyosung and Qingdao. President Kwon Ki-su expressed gratitude for the Qingdao municipal government’s support of stable operation of the Hyosung Qingdao plant, and asked for consistent cooperation and collaboration. In response, the director of the Qingdao commercial bureau Ma Wei Gang appreciated the contribution that Hyosung made in developing the city and explained the future urban development plan of Qingdao, saying that “I hope Hyosung and Qingdao continue to mutually grow.”
