Gwanghyewon Plant’s Aseptic Beverage Production Exceeded 1 Billion

Chemicals PG Packaging PU Gwanghyewon Plant’s beverage production exceeded 1 billion five years since the beginning of Korea’s first aseptic business in August 2007. The aseptic business recorded rapid growth due to market preoccupancy from the start, exceeding 100 million in a year. After that, it succeeded in diversifying the production range and beverage development such as through tea, coffee, juice, soymilk and children’s drinks, recording an annual average growth rate of 27.4% for 4 years from 2008 to 2011. The anticipated 1 billion records were achieved in the process of producing Nam Yang French Café Latte, one of the aseptic products.
