Nylon-Polyester Fiber PU Gumi Plant has implemented ‘Snack Time’ for the employees starting last May. On June 13, the second snack time session was carried out for the employees of Jungwoo Industry in charge of packaging-related work. About 20 main and shift officers, the president of Jungwoo Industry, the plant director and team leaders attending the event gathered together and had a friendly talk while enjoying fried chicken and pizza. Plant director Kim Cheol-su, who organized the event, praised them for their hard work and encouraged them to join efforts to develop the company. The Gumi Plant plans to consistently hold such events to communicate with site workers and enhance morale of employees.
