For two days, from November 23 to 24, the Power & Industrial System R&D Center held the ‘2012 Innovation Team Building Workshop’ at Mungyeong STX Resort with all employees. This workshop was prepared for the R&D Center and each team to review 2012 and share plans for 2013, and also to draw up implementation plans to become a strong innovation team that passionately challenges and takes action for successful business. The participants reflected on the performance of this year, and discussed and presented plans for job performance next year. Also, with the topic of ‘innovation’, they spent some time to resolve change by perceiving what innovation is in order to create performance, and discussing what each team should do for change.
