Tire & Industrial Reinforcement Materials PU Held a Workshop for Steel Wire Department of Headquarters

For two days, from December 14 to 15, the Tire & Industrial Reinforcement Materials PU Steel Wire Technology Planning Team and the Steel Wire Sales Team held ‘Tire & Industrial Reinforcement Materials PU 2012 Workshop for Steel Wire Department of Headquarters’ in a pension located in Namyangju, Gyeonggi-do. In this workshop, the employees shared the business performance of 2012 and discussed ways to accomplish plans for 2013. “The business environment in 2013 will be worse than 2012 with tough situations arriving, but we must show our competence and efforts to the utmost and overcome the crisis based on various ideas found by thinking outside the box,” said Cho Yong-soo, general executive of Steel Wire, emphasizing performance achievement through creative thinking. In addition, awards of ‘The Man of Wire’ and ‘The Man of Steel Wire Technology Planning/Steel Wire Sales’ were given to encourage employees who have worked hard over the past year. The ‘Secret Friend Event’ in which a secret friend for each employee was chosen to give a present was well-received, providing a great opportunity to express gratitude to one another.
