Starting January 2, the introductory training for 2012 college graduate recruits was held over 18 days. This training session was provided to help about 400 new employees better understand Hyosung’s ideas, philosophy, values and status and have self-esteem and confidence as Hyosung Family members.
Vice chairman Lee Sang-woon visited the Training Institute in Osan, Gyeonggi-do to offer a special lecture on January 15. He urged the new employees to take up the challenge of aiming high and also offered his own personal life experiences in becoming the CEO. He also stressed the importance on keeping promises, being honest and building trust. The special lecture session was conducted in a friendly atmosphere, with new recruits freely raising questions and making suggestions.
