Changwon Plant signs an industry-university cooperation MOU with Moonsung College

On October 13, Changwon Plant signed an MOU for industry-university cooperation with Moonsung College to foster experts in the electricity industry and secure talented workers who are acclimatized to our company’s operational culture and can also contribute to the wider community.

Through this MOU, the Changwon Plant is looking to secure proven talented professionals to replace future retirees, while Moonsung College, for its part, is looking to lay a foundation for addressing the issue of insufficient educational infrastructure, encompassing both a lack of human resources such as lecturers as well as educational facilities in general, while the college is also seeking through this MOU to create departments customized for fostering and securing superior technical manpower.
