
The lecture on Preventing and Avoiding Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act Violations was held at the HQ’s main auditorium on September 6. The lecture, organized by the Legal Team at the Corporate Administration Center, was prepared for 100 executives and team leaders in sales teams for each of the PGs (or PUs) and also for the Strategic Planning Teams. Cho Hong-Seon, a Manager with the Cartel Investigation Department at the Fair Trade Commission (FTC), was invited as a special lecturer. The lecture he delivered included the topic of cartels and also many real-life examples, notes on contacting competing companies or composing documents, as well as exemption policies for voluntarily reported cases, and other case studies that can be used in every day scenarios.
