The Class Hyosung, an authorized Mercedes Benz dealer, provided the Formula One Korea Grand Prix 2011 with 20 Mercedes cars for use there as course cars, as well as Medical Intervention Vehicles (MIVs) and VIP cars. The Class Hyosung has pioneered a new premium automotive culture befitting the dignity of the Mercedes Benz brand. It has become a leading company within the domestic motor sports culture by providing course cars and ceremonial cars to F1, one of the world’s top three sports events along with the Olympics and the World Cup.
The 20 vehicles used as course cars and ceremonial cars will be on general sale for customers after the event and the company will provide a certificate verifying the car was an F1 Korea Grand Prix ceremonial vehicle to customers who make a purchase; this will also be an opportunity for customers and collectors to possess rare circuit editions. The Class Hyosung also put on some further events, such as invitations to its Skybox corporate-suite for its customers.
