Over 2,300 contracts were registered since the HIFOS ‘contract management system’ was established on May 17th. The system, which was created for the efficient management of contracts maintained each PU and team, and requires employees to input the contract’s information (name of contract, parties involved, date, duration) and scan the attachment, both of which are cumulated in a searchable database. The system also can come in handy when the original contract document is lost. It also sends notification emails before the contract expires, so concerned parties can renew the contracts in time.
