Tire Reinforcements PU’s Ulsan Plant reaches 500th Top diagnosis

Beginning with Top diagnosis in the 0-1 Step Organization of the ‘autonomous maintenance’ group of the Industrial Fiber Production Team on April 13th, 2004, the Ulsan Plant has reached its 500^th Top diagnosis in 7 years with the ‘Dolphin’ group at the Cord Production Team I on May 20th, 2011. There were many difficulties in between those times as the number of groups was reduced and plant chiefs were replaced several times; but all the employees made effort to improve the facility and keep the lounge clean and organized, eventually reaching great results. Rice cakes and drinks were prepared to celebrate the achievement, and plant chief Hwang Jeong-Mo said that “while working on the top diagnosis, I discovered the fruits of the time and sweat that the employees have invested in every corner of our facility.”
