The Group carried out an educational session for voluntary compliance with the Fair Trade Act at the auditorium of their headquarters building on June 21.
Hong Mi-gyung, the Head of the Compliance Team at the Korea Fair Competition Federation, lectured at the session, which was carried out by the Legal Affairs Team for 145 employees engaged in sales, purchasing, operation and factory management duties.
The educational session covered the introduction to the Fair Trade Act (“the Act”), patterns of cartels, types of unfair trade practices, and application of the Act in sub-contracting.
