
The Class Hyosung won six out of 12 awards in April at the event of 'Mercedes-Benz Stars' Night,' an annual event by Mercedes-Benz's Korean unit to evaluate after-sales services at customer service centers nationwide. Since 2004, The Class Hyosung has topped the ranking in the sector of customer satisfaction service for a third consecutive year. The Class Hyosung's winners were: Song Jeong-hoon (Star of the Year), Han Joong-ho (Best Service Manager of the Year), Shin Sang-ho (Best Foreman of the Year), Jeong Hye-yeon (Star of the Front), Song Jeong-hoon and Lee Seong-kyu (Star of the Quarter). At the event, the winners expressed how honored they felt to have won, and pledged to offer upgraded customer services on behalf of all employees of The Class Hyosung.
