The donation will be used to support the heating expenses of low-income families.
Park Deok-bok, plant manager for the Anyang Plant visited the city hall of Anyang on December 16 and delivered the money from the employees of workplaces in Anyang raised through a wage-sharing drive to Choi Dae-ho, mayor of Anyang. The money raised by the employees of workplaces in Anyang (i.e. Anyang Plant, Hyosung R&DB Labs, Heavy Industry Research Center and Nautilus Hyosung Electronics Research Center), will be used to support the heating expenses of low-income families during winter time. They have been taking an active part in volunteer activities, such as the Anyang River Cleaning Campaign and the Hogye Park Improvement Campaign.
