Delivering the donation collected through the sale of rice cake
The Hanwool Society, a meeting of the female employees of Hyosung R&DB Labs, visited the ‘Peace House’ at Bisan-dong, Anyang on December 21 and delivered a donation worth about 25 million KRW that they collected through the sale of rice cakes. The ‘Peace House’ is an orphanage located in Anyang housing a total of 99 orphans ranging from children to college students. The late Mr. Song Gyu-hwan, the first chairman of Hyosung, established the orphanage in 1945 to take care of homeless children and war orphans.
