Galaxia FC Garners 2nd Prize
On October 3rd, the corporate soccer team of Hyosung Galaxia Device Co., Ltd., Galaxia FC, won a second prize in the G Market Soccer Tournament for Corporate Workers. At the tournament that was the country’s largest, Galaxia FC made it into the finals by winning all six of their games but lost at the last minute, garnering second place. Despite being only 6sixmonths old, the team was able to secure fervent support from Galaxia Device workers and their families and brought home the prize of 3 million KRW. The money is to be donated to charities at the end of the year.
