Machine Grabs Attention and Good Review
Nautilus Hyosung submitted at the 2010 roboworld exhibition a mobile kiosk robot capable of offering ATM-like financial services. The entry was received with high doses of enthusiasm and positive reviews. Celebrating its 5th year in 2010, the exhibition is the country’s one and only exclusive robotics fair. This year’s four-day program took place at KINTEX Ilsan from October 28th through 31st as hosted by the Ministry of Knowledge Economy. Nautilus Hyosung’s mobile ATM kiosk robot has been selected for the ministry’s service robotics market verification and demonstration service initiative for 2010. The demonstration service of the robot is to kick off soon. The machine is capable of selling tickets at exhibition venues, museums, theaters, etc. and can offer guide services to visitors. In addition, the robot is able to issue a waiting ticket and offer guide services for VIPs at financial institutions and public offices.
