Hyosung Brand Recognizability and Renewable Energy Technology Promoted to Customers
The Korea Green Energy Show 2010 kick-started at Seoul’s Samseong-dong COEX on October 13th. Hyosung’s Power & Industrial Systems PG participated in the fair, introducing Hyosung’s brand, the company’s renewable energy technology and proprietary smart grid system. Through advance invitations and consultations for clients visiting its booth, the PG aimed at securing information on new potential customers that is crucial in its operations and collected information on new products of its competitors in each business category as well as new technology trends in the industry. To help maximize its expected business impacts, the PG conducted several surveys with the customers and show participants, collecting their feedback and tried to identify things that need to be improved as they come up with operating strategies for the next show. This year’s green energy show served as an opportunity to raise awareness of Hyosung’s various brands, to strengthen its industry leadership and promote the brands to both local and international customers.
