Talent Show and Awards Spice Up Festivity
Hyosung’s Kaifeng subsidiary held a commemorative ceremony for its 10th anniversary of the corporation’s founding. On November 2nd, the Chinese subsidiary hosted an awards ceremony in front of the main building in its corporate campus. It was the first such ceremony for the subsidiary and included 10-year consecutive employment award, ‘fame’ award, special merit award and corporate motto award. The ceremony was followed by a hearty lunch and a sports competition. The workers participated in games such as tug-of-war, pair running for 10 persons and six-member relay that aimed at promoting cooperation. After dinner, some 300 people including entertainers (competitors), jury members and community residents showed up for a talent competition. The contest featured 19 short programs and gave out various awards to winners and participants.
During the November 3rd commemorative program attended by Chinese government officials and local customers, the subsidiary looked back on its past 10 years and announced its “Vision 2020.” Also, attendees were entertained via a nice dinner that included giveaways.
