Galaxia Electronics signed a contract with Disney on April 2010 and completed the installation of a LED structure in the shape of Mickey’s hat at Tokyo Disney Sea Resorts. The structure, measuring 10m wide and 15m tall, has been fully installed and test-run. Galaxia Electronics Sales Director Song Gun, who was responsible for overseeing the system design and LED production, said that “Disney is the land of dreams and magic. Completing a successful business with Disney could lead to the global expansion of our multimedia business.” With this new partnership with Disney, Galaxia Electronics will further accelerate its expansion in the ‘archi-tainment’ business, combining both architecture and entertainment.
