The second Junior Board Meeting was held at the Mapo HQ on March 7. Established as part of an effort to act on the ‘Hyosung Way’, the Junior Board is an activity where one or more people from each team under the Corporate Administration Center are selected to propose and share their innovative ideas. Only associates and clerks participate in the meeting, bringing much excitement and anticipation for fresh ideas for the company. The meetings have brought new ideas for the Corporate Administration Center and they will be permanently installed. The various ideas that came out of the first meeting have been organized into eight separate proposals in the second meeting – and they will be implemented one by one, starting with those that can be completed immediately.
