    Official dealer of Mercedes Benz in Korea, The Class Hyosung celebrated the re-certification of the CCMS and will be enhancing the ‘Star Mobile Service’ program in 2011 to maximize customer satisfaction. The program, which started in January 2010, involves maintenance experts with over 10 years of experience with imported vehicles visiting Mercedes Benz customers within two months of delivery. This is intended to perform basic inspections and to answer questions and solve any issues that customers may have about the cars after driving them. This name for this service comes from a combination of the Benz star emblem, the purchasing customer symbolizing a ‘Star’ and the ease and speed that the word ‘mobile’ portrays; it was the winning entry of a company-wide contest for the acclaimed service program.
    Besides the ‘Star Mobile Service’, The Class Hyosung operates the Gangnam Street showroom 365 days a year and opens early each morning at 8 am to provide a different level of service for its customers.
