A good combination of club activity and social contribution
Over 40 members and families of the Spandex Alpine Club, the Foot Volleyball Club and B-Project Brazilian local employees gathered in Cheonsaeng-san, a mountain in the Gumi Plant community, on February 19 in an effort to clean up the natural environment. The ‘One Company, One Mountain’ campaign is a monthly event where members from informal clubs at the Gumi Plant can voluntarily get together and participate in various activities. For this session, the volunteers split up into two groups, with one group collecting garbage from the mountain trails and the other group cleaning up dirt and fallen leaves off the side of the trails and the drainage.
The NP Fiber Baseball Club members also carried out the ‘One Company, One Mountain’ campaign on January 29 and the Gumi Plant interest clubs are planning to participate in a variety of social contribution efforts for charity and to build up stronger relationships in the clubs.
