Innovative customer service led to good evaluation


The Official dealer of Mercedes-Benz, The Class Hyosung became the first in the auto industry to be CCMS (Consumer Complaints Management System) certified and is holding a ‘Thank You’ event in celebration for the re-certification of CCMS.
The re-certification of The Class Hyosung came after being first certified in January 2009 and receiving good evaluations on CCMS operations, upgrading performance, developing innovative customer service and implementation. As the official dealer of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, The Class Hyosung has been providing a total package service for customer satisfaction since its launch in 2004, including consultation, purchasing and financing services for new car buyers.
While particularly improving on employee training, the company built up a customer management system that obtains customer opinions through various windows and quickly processes them to avoid any complaints originating in the ‘Star Mobile Service,’ where service attendants go to the customer to inspect the vehicle, is one example of The Class Hyosung’s unique services. The ‘Thank You’ event will be held until February 11 and customers can make an entry for a drawing at The Class Hyosung Service Center locations (Gangnamdaero, Seocho, Dogok, Bundang, Jeongja). Prizes for the draw include Mercedes-Benz travel bags, money clips and others. Results of the draw can be viewed at The Class Hyosung Web site on February 14th.
