    With the recent popularity of smartphones, many Hyosung staff and executives are using social media like Twitter and Facebook, which led the Media PR Team at the Corporate Administration Center to release ‘Guidelines for social media users.’
    Some of the items covered in the guidelines include: making sure that confidential information is not released when talking about work online and that if employees state their personal opinions, it does not necessarily reflect the company’s views. Furthermore, it emphasizes the fact that social media activities of each individual are actually channels that convey the image of the company.
