The 2011 college graduate recruits were gathered at the Training Institute in Osan, Gyeonggi-do for introductory training sessions at Hyosung. Over 400 new recruits received their joint training starting January 3rd at the Training Institute and continued for three days of on-site training at the plants. The entire program ran for 17 days, in which new recruits transition from college grads to Hyosung professionals.

The Introductory Training Program was composed of various activities with the ultimate goal of growing to become a professional. The program also included lectures on Hyosung ? like the Hyosung Way, company history, organization and current stats, HR structure and HR development programs. It also incorporated basic professional skills classes, such as basic accounting, organizational management, logical thinking, life planning, personal identity and communication.

Furthermore, trainees went on field trips to various plants in Ulsan, Eonyang, Yongyeon, Gumi, and Changwon to better understand the manufacturing and production processes that they had learned in the classroom. Though these trips, the trainees had the opportunity to feel the enthusiasm of each of the business sites.

The new recruits that completed the program currently assigned to their offices by PG, for further on-the-job training. After the on-the-job training was finished, they will work in earnest in their respective positions and these enthusiastic new hires will soon become part of Hyosung’s overall operations.
