- Course presents types of violation, precautions for working-level staff
A training session on the Fair Trade Act, which aimed to prevent violation of the act, was held at the auditorium in the headquarters on March 18. The course, which was hosted by the legal affairs team, entailed a lecture by attorney Choi Ki-rok with Kim & Chang for 99 staff, including executives and team leaders from PG/PU’s marketing and sales divisions, as well as planning and management divisions. The training session focused on case studies to allow participants to use during their daily work, including the types of cartels under the Fair Trade Act, and matters requiring extra cautions such as contacts of competitors’ staff, associations’ gatherings, and documenting, and how to self report in the event of violation.
