Nautilus Hyosung’s 76 employees take part in the program of working at a factory for one day

On Wednesdays and Thursdays between February 12 and April 8, Nautilus Hyosung’s employees (76 in total) are taking part in a program of working at a factory in Gumi for one day. The program was launched to have employees find matters to be improved and share the difficulties experienced by factory workers. Last year, mid-ranking employees from departments relating to financial business automation devices came up with a total of 97 ideas for improvement of existing systems.
