On February 5, the Company’s Legal Affairs Team held an explanatory session concerning the Anti-Trust Act of the U.S. and the EU at their headquarters building. During the one-hour-and-half session, the Team explained the current trend concerning anti-trust laws and regulations in relevant countries and their expected impact on Korean businesses. The Company’s legal counsels made presentations on desirable countermeasures and held a Q&A session.
The session was held in connection with the Company’s higher presence in the said parts of the world. The Team plans to continue to hold similar sessions to prevent law violation cases in foreign countries.
