Chinhung International (Inc.) Invited Tenants of 1,051 Households to Check the Rubens of Guseong, Yongin in Advance

The Housing division of Chinhung International invited tenants to check the Rubens in Guseong, Yongin in advance for three days from 21 to 23 of Nov., a month before the completion of the Rubens. Chinhung held the event to minimize the inconveniences of tenants by receiving their complaints and repairing flaws during the remaining construction period before tenants move in.
Tenants were satisfied not only with indoor finishing but with the outdoor landscape architecture of the cultural and artistic apartment, which consists of works of Han Jemma, an artist. Chinhung’s the Rubens in Guseong, Yongin accommodates a total of 1,051 households in 4 types of houses ranging from 109㎡ to 185㎡. The Rubens received Hankyung House Culture Award in 2006 in the category of apartment.
