Nautilus Hyosung is running one-day onsite training sessions on 16 occasions at production plants from October 8 to November 27. The program has been organized to provide senior managers with a chance to experience operations at production sites, in order to enable them to utilize onsite experiences in carrying out their own duties and find issues that need improvement, and to address problems and hardships faced by staffers at the worksite.
This year’s training is offered to all senior managers with odd employment ID numbers, who are concerned with the financial automation equipment business. Staffers with even employee ID numbers will be offered a similar program during the first half of next year. Participants will get a chance to experience in person production processes, encompassing mechanism assembly/inspection, system assembly/inspection, and packaging/shipping at the Company’s Gumi Plant during the daylong course. Subsequently, they are requested to write a report on their training experience, and suggest ideas to improve work processes for possible application at production plants.
