Hyosung ITX signs strategic alliance with US-based GlassHouse on Sep. 2

Hyosung ITX launched ‘Hyosung ITX GlassHouse Consulting’ on Sep 2 through a strategic alliance with US-based GlassHouse, a global IT infrastructure consulting service firm.
Both parties signed agreements on the alliance to develop a domestic IT consulting service business under the official name of ‘Hyosung ITX GlassHouse Consulting’ and share companies’ brands, intellectual property, and Transom, which is GlassHouse’ characteristic service providing a framework by mutual cooperation.
Hyosung ITX GlassHouse Consulting will provide neutralized service for vendors with a global IT infrastructure consulting service helped by domestic quality manpower and corroborated methodology from GlassHouse. Also it will support domestic customers facing soaring storage TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) by providing quality services aimed at optimizing IT infrastructure management.
Hyosung ITX has been preparing for this alliance since 2007 by sourcing professional manpower for IT consulting service and system integration. By sharing GlassHouse’ corroborated methodology and experiences accumulated in the global market, Hyosung ITX is able to set about a quality IT consulting service in the domestic market, which will provide the same level service as GlassHouse.
