Changwon Plant wins certificate on safety, health-focused management (OHSASS 18001)

- Builds up credibility as global production base

Hyosung's Changwon plant has won safety and health management certification for all products manufactured. The plant has been taking steps to win the certificate since December as it has sought to earn credibility and trust as a global manufacturing center, and thus to meet demands for safety and health from clients at home and abroad. The safety and health management certification system involves evaluation on the entire spectrum of product design, production and services. The system, which is accredited by the Bureau Veritas Certification, is expected to be renewed every three years.
