Nautilus Hyosung holds workshop on early settlement of new quality assurance process

Nautilus held workshops designed to settle new product development process and quality assurance systems on an early date. A total of six workshop sessions were held from March 19 to 29 on six occasions at the research institute, SE, and Gumi Plant in three locations, including Anyang, head office, and Gumi, targeting all staff who adopt the new quality process.
The workshop was aimed at building a consensus among all staff on quality process, and verifying roles and responsibilities of respective departments and individuals, and setting up action plans to ensure an early settlement of the new process.
The workshop featured a briefing session on the reason for the introduction of the new process by Kim Jong-ju, head of the quality management headquarters at Nautilus Hyosung. It also included training on the new development process and the quality assurance system, and team discussion on ways to settle the new process on an early date.
