- Showcases big three environmentally friendly products: creora eco, Mipan Regen, Regen
Hyosung showcased three new environmentally friendly products made from recycled materials at "the 2008 Preview in Daegu (PID)." The products drew a flurry of positive reactions and compliments from visitors. The Company showcases the three main eco-friendly products, including creora eco, Mipan Regan, Regen at PID, which was held at the EXCO exhibition center from March 12 to 14.
The Company designated 2008 the year of "environment-friendly marketing," and is staging a Think Green campaign, as it expands eco-friendly textile business. Notably, the Company developed for the first time in Korea Mipan Regen, a nylon fiber that is made from used fishnet and PET bottles, and fibers, and Regen, a polyester fiber, which permitted the Company to earn wide recognition for its advanced technology and know-how in the eco-friendly textile field. It introduced such innovative products at the exhibition.
Through the exhibition the Company tried to promote the importance of environmentally friendly products to industry people and general consumers, and seek to enhance their preference for such products. The Company also set up an exhibition booth themed "eco-friendliness" in harmony with its environment-friendly products on display at the exhibition. It also operated booths jointly with nine client companies in Korea to maximize the synergistic effects from cooperation between Hyosung as a maker of fibers and downstream users.
