Hyosung Good Springs acquires the ‘best human resources development (BEST-HRD) certification 2010’ for the promotion of investments in human resources and contribution to the diffusion of exemplary management practices.
On September 28, Hyosung Good Springs (formerly Hyosung Ebara) acquired the ‘best human resources development (BEST-HRD) certification 2010.’ The BEST-HRD certification system is a national certification initiative introduced in 2006 to promote investments in human resources and diffuse exemplary management practices. It is enforced in over 20 countries, including the U.S., the UK and Japan. Four government agencies (i.e. the Ministry of Employment and Labor, the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, the Ministry of Knowledge Economy and the Small and Medium Business Administration), are jointly enforcing the system. They evaluate corporations in terms of human resources management (HRM) and human resources development (HRD) with strict screening criteria and certify those corporations which meet the criteria requirements.
Organizations acquiring the certification will be able to use the certification logo for three years and receive various benefits in various projects. This certification will be used for winning global orders based on overseas PQ registration and for hiring outstanding talent both at home and abroad so that Hyosung’s global competitiveness is expected to be reinforced.
