Practical training with regard to the Fair Trade Act and the Subcontract Act in the auditorium of the head office under the supervision of the Legal Team of the Support Headquarters
The ‘Fair Trade Act and the Subcontract Act’ training was provided in the auditorium of the head office on September 10 under the supervision of the Legal Team of the Support Headquarters. This is meant to prevent violations of the Fair Trade Act and the Subcontract Act. Choi Gi-rok, an attorney of Kim & Chang and Jin Yeon-soo, a consultant of Kim & Chang provided this training for 91 persons (i.e. the executives and team leaders (high-ranking managers, etc.) of each PG (PU) sales department, purchasing department, planning and administrative department.
This training centered on case examples in order to provide a more realistic sense of what class can be utilized for daily work. The focus was placed on types of cartels (collusion) and unfair transactions according to the Fair Trade Act and how to deal with violations (e.g. voluntary reporting, main violations of the Subcontract Act and matters that require attention).
