The month-long program involved all of the teams operating at the plant
The Changwon Plant hosted a facility-wide workshop for a month starting on July 28th to help its workers clearly understand and share the corporate vision and strategy and to solidify mutual understanding and trust via open communication.
The workshop, which used to be a whole-day affair with five to six teams as a unit, invited this time 1,440 workers (Levels 1 – 3) and focused on communication. Included in the program were several talk sessions wherein participants shared a sense of accomplishment based on the latest performance outcomes and understanding and discussed the organization and the members. The sessions helped with the vertical opinion-exchange and listening skills among the participants.
