    Wider varieties of services now available for better communication with customers


    The Class Hyosung, Mercedes-Benz’s official Korean distributor, announced its recent development and scheduled free distribution of the Class Hyosung, an iPhone App. The announcement indicates the company’s initiative for adopting rapidly-transforming communication paradigms, thus accommodating a more technology-savvy communication mode for its customers. Providing auto-related wireless service to its customers is also part of the new initiative.


    The app includes introduction of the entire MB line-up including the all new SMS AMG, released on July 5th, information on Mercedes-Benz showrooms and service centers, news and event notices available on the “Push Notification” feature. Conveniently, it also includes directories to the nearest showroom and service center. The photo gallery included in the model menu can also be used as an iPhone backdrop. As for the purchase guide ability, a single touch of the screen will contact or text the showroom or sales person of one’s choice.

    Celebrating its iPhone app release, the Class Hyosung threw a download event, where complimentary golf bags and travel suitcases were distributed. Type in “the Class Hyosung” at iTunes for free downloading.
