Concurring with 25th company anniversary, program ensured sharing and doing for community
On July 3rd, Hyosung Information Systems (HIS) participated in the Habitat for Humanity Korea initiative in Huimangui Maeul (Hope Village) in Cheonan, South Chungcheong Province. The program itself aims at helping lower middle-class citizens realize the dream of owning their own homes. With 2005 being the first year to be part of the movement, which concurred with the 20th anniversary of its founding, HIS has since partaken each year. Furthermore, all HIS employees are required to show up at least once and act on the compassionate spirit for their community. This year’s program came with the company’s celebrating its 25th birthday, drawing a large number of new hires who became part of the initiative, literally in sweat.
