HEEC PU employees to further strengthen their environmental awareness
Hyosung EBARA Engineering PU (“HEEC PU”) hosted a ‘unity hiking’ in Mt. Cheonggye on April 10, to re-confirm its awareness of the latest environmental issues that are taking place locally as well as internationally. The event was also aimed at cementing teamwork among the PU employees.
The hiking trail chosen for the day wound from Isugol Ridge to Isu Summit via the military base. While hiking, the employees carried out a guidance session with ordinary hikers on the importance of non-smoking policy. They also cleaned up the area, bagging their own garbage during the hike to ensure the removal of all waste.
The unity hiking event helped raise the awareness of environmental protection and strengthened the employees’ determination to contribute to their corporate environmental goals.
