A first step toward reinventing a happier work place
On April 7th, 13th and 19th, Hyosung Yongyeon Plant’s 2010 Well-Dying Initiative kicked off at the Gyeongju Kyoyuk Munhwa Hoekhwan. Offered to the entire membership of workers at the plant, the program consisted of a special morning lecture on communication and connecting by KLC Co., Ltd. and a hands-on program that included re-defining the attitude toward living and dying, writing a will and experiencing simulated dying.
The program was invented to allow our workers to re-discover the importance of and the happiness they have with their family through mock-up experiences, thereby creating a happier work place, where all employees of Yongyeon Plant respect and cooperate with one another. The manager of the Plant, Cho Do-seon, who participated in the 3rd session given on the 19th, renewed his determination based on his experience with the program, saying, “Let us not forget what we felt today about life and the importance of our family, doing what we can to achieve happiness.”
