Customers find it interesting to combine shopping and art-appreciation
From January 15 through 24, Hyosung Toyota held an art exhibition at its Seocho showroom. Titled “Let the Story Begin — Inspirational Accounts of Korean Athletes,” the exhibition showcases the artist Ham Yeong-hun’s portrayal of some of Korea’s most renowned sports stars. Customers who visited the showroom showed their enthusiasm to the show that was presented on the second floor of the showroom.
On his latest exhibition which was the first such show in the local art scene that was themed around star athletes, Mr. Ham said he wanted to express “the ups and downs of life — the moments of bliss and inspiration in particular.” The show includes 50 art pieces that captured the ecstatic and tearful moments experienced by 19 of the most celebrated Korean athletes, including Lee Bae-yeong (wrestler), Nam Hyeon-hui (fencing) and Park Tae-hwan (swimming).
Customers who visited the Seocho showroom said they enjoyed the cars as well as the art, relishing the moment of impressive artistry.
