Hyosung Toyota Opens Gangseo Service Center
To offer upgraded service, from purchase to warranty
On December 1st, Hyosung Toyota opened a substantial 3-story above ground and 6-story underground Gangseo Service Center. The new massive service station is capable of offering services to about 100 vehicles a day, or 25,000 cars each year, and is so far the only Toyota dealer offering a sheet-metal process to its customers. The launching of the new specialized service center — a nice accompaniment to the company’s Seocho Showroom with excellent accessibility — is expected to rev up the level of convenience for Toyota customers in the Seocho and Gangseo areas, covering everything from shopping to service after purchase.
The Gangseo Center has really fine-tuned its service and spatial presence to suit the needs of customers, offering a vast range of amenities — particularly for female customers, with the exclusive ladies-only lounge and the Kids Room for the children.
On the 1st, Kim Gwang-cheol, President of Hyosung Toyota, Chigira Taizo, President of Toyota Korea and other personnel attended the grand opening ceremony where the tape-cutting and site tour took place. Mr. Kim said during the ceremony, “We’ll commit ourselves to the materialization of a one-of-a-kind, best service where customers are our stars.”
